What we put in our bodies on a daily basis has a great influence on how we feel, think and perform. The right nutrition will not only support your physical body but also protect you from the inside out and leave you with much more energy for the important things in life!

I work blending what I learned about plant based nutrition at Cornell University (NY) with the holistic ressources  of yoga, ayurveda, breathwork, visualisation, meditation, mindfulness and / or natural movement depending on your goal and preferences.

​

As a personal trainer and a certified plant based nutrition coach, I will help you find the right tools to create sustainable healthy habits and to heal your relationship with food. Together, we will address the underlying issues that might hold you back from making more supportive changes for yourself and your life.

When it comes to radiant health, nutrition plays a crucial role. You don't need expensive supplements or great cooking skills and you surely don't need to follow a  "one size fits all" meal plan.
